Key Responsibilities
Supervision of security guards across sites
Daily site visits & reporting
Managing attendance, duty rosters & client requirements
Handling emergencies & resolving field issues
Ensuring compliance with company standards
Qualifications
HSSC (10th pass) minimum; graduation preferred
3-4 years experience in supervision/field operations
Good communication & leadership skills
Mandatory Requirements
Own bike (two-wheeler) and valid driving license
Smartphone with internet for reporting
Willingness to travel across sites
