Job Description

Supervise and inspect deployed security personnel across client locations Ensure strict compliance with duty schedules, attendance, and discipline Conduct regular site visits and submit detailed reports Liaise with clients to address operational issues and improve service delivery Provide on-site training and orientation to newly joined security guards Coordinate with the HR and Operations team for deployment and manpower requirements Handle emergency situations and incident reports professionally Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision or field officer role Preferably from an Ex-Serviceman or Security background Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Chakkai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Security Field Officer: 3 years (Preferred)
