Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Security Field Officer

to manage and supervise security operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective deployment of security personnel, maintaining discipline, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at various client sites Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols Manage deployment, reliever arrangements, and shift schedules Coordinate with clients to address security-related requirements and issues Maintain attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel Handle incident reporting and ensure timely escalation when required Prepare and maintain basic documentation and operational reports Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements

Qualifications

SSLC / PUC / Any Degree

Experience

5 to 8 years of experience in security field operations or supervision

Skills & Competencies

Strong supervisory and leadership skills Good communication and client-handling abilities Knowledge of security operations and manpower management Ability to handle documentation, reports, and incident records Problem-solving and conflict management skills Willingness to travel across sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,946.21 - ?56,744.47 per month
