The

Security Field Officer

will be responsible for maintaining safety and security across construction sites, ensuring that personnel, materials, and property are protected. The role involves supervising security guards, monitoring site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day security operations at the construction site(s). Ensure proper deployment and performance of security guards. Monitor entry and exit of staff, vehicles, and materials. Conduct routine inspections of gates, fencing, and surveillance systems. Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management immediately. Maintain daily security logs, visitor registers, and material movement records. Coordinate with project and admin teams regarding security-related issues. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for security personnel. Ensure compliance with company security protocols and emergency procedures. Assist in managing security equipment like CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong observation and reporting skills. Leadership ability to manage and motivate the security team. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of construction site safety and security norms. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, report documentation). Physically fit and alert.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Security-related training or certification will be an added advantage. Ex-servicemen are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:

Flexible to work in shifts and travel between multiple sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
