OUR REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or multi-site facility management. Experience in managing large-format properties or multi-location operations is an advantage. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, access controls, and fire safety equipment. Excellent observation, coordination, and emergency response skills. Good communication skills and professional appearance. Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Flexibility to travel between locations and work in shifts, weekends, or during late-night events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate with security personnel across all assigned restaurant and banquet locations to ensure consistent safety protocols. Monitor CCTV and security systems at each location, and ensure timely reporting of irregularities. Conduct regular audits and inspections at all sites to assess risks, security lapses, or procedural gaps. Ensure all visitor, vendor, and staff entry protocols are consistently followed across venues. Oversee security arrangements during high-footfall periods, events, or large-scale functions at banquet halls. Coordinate with banquet and restaurant managers to ensure seamless safety during events or high-footfall periods. Respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents and coordinate with local authorities if needed. Maintain updated documentation including daily logs, incident reports, and shift handovers across locations. Ensure upkeep, readiness, and maintenance of all safety and surveillance equipment across all premises. Train and guide on-ground guards on SOPs, emergency protocols, and customer-friendly conduct.
