Scope: Assess the entire current state across the areas of cloud, ITG, PD, and PS, from a infrastructure security perspective. Update/upgrade existing designs and analyze for design flaws, conceptual soundness, and robust availability posture of services. Integrate into the ARB process, serve the internal customers, and develop a good vision of challenges to come up with options for the future. Develop a future state concept and model, and ensure integration across the security function first, and then in a second step integration with the other business units. Helping in hiring future security resources and helping managing their on-boarding. Absorbing the security roadmaps and policies from other security towers and translating them into technical solutions and product outcomes for the current (or future) year. Develop secure build standards for areas covering networks and clouds. Support the CISO in all aspects of building a word-class security organization. What you\'ll be doing: Definition and implementation of security by design principles standard. Defining architectural standards for security solutions based on frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA. Full current state and future state diagrams, including multiple views / layers of L2, L3, L4-7 etc. Team and partner with other architects and build secure solutions, products and services for the company and customers. Ensure open integrations for overall program activities and alignment & improvements. Perform Architecture Review Board meetings, document, track, approve/disapprove designs. Help solve issues and overcome obstacles. Security as business enabler. Full security roadmap support from an architecture perspective. Leverage existing materials / prior work and adapt it for future upgrades and integrations. SIEM, IAM, NGFW, Encryption, and many others. Demonstrate knowledge in securing data transmission for internal, and customer, data in-transit across physical devices in on-prem data centers, and as well as infrastructure-as-service and platform-as-a-service public cloud resources. Stay current on security trends and technologies to ensure designs are as modern as possible. Able to convey extremely technical details, in a matter that is understandable to all levels of an international organization. Knowledge management. What we are looking for: 15 years or more of relevant experience in security technology is required. 12+ years of Security architecture experience across multiple (preferred) industries, minimum 2 different industries. Previous experience in security architecture development and management for global, multinational companies. Security architecture review board experience, secure coding and SSDLC implementation. Secure design principles and security standard development experience required. Multi-platform experience in cloud companies, azure preferred. Current state and future state architecture diagrams, technical roadmap support and overall technology market overview. Security solution architecture delivery in relations to and in concert with a to be defined enterprise architecture approach. Bachelors/ master\'s degree in information security / Systems, Computer Science or related industry experience. Must have strong Azure background with emphasis in securing multi-tenant environments. Azure Architecture or Azure Security certifications is a Plus! CISSP certification is required. CISSP-ISSAP highly preferred SANS and ISACA or similar industry associations preferred.
