Summary: Responsible for creating dashboards and reports using YARA-L, SSRS, PowerBI, Python, and Google BigQuery. Tasks include monitoring the reporting framework and ensuring the timely execution of monthly jobs to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: o Infer the business requirements and needs of customers' and transform them into requirements. o Write efficient queries to implement business logic of reports. o Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to tackle organizational challenges, employ dashboard and reporting tools for enhanced decision-making. o Own and process monthly reporting and processing jobs, abiding the SLA. o Work in live production environment being mindful of the consequences of mishandling databases. o Handle each customer's data carefully and prevent data leak of / across customers. o Flexibly available to handle emergency calls (Severity 1) in response to technical escalations. o Effectively deliver stories within the designated sprints with utmost quality. o Liaising between other operations teams and engineering teams to gather requirements, design and resolve issues. o Ability to quickly learn understand applications and their data flow. o Documenting the logic and need of the reports, create KB articles and workflow diagrams. Professional & Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports using YARA-L, SSRS and PowerBI. o Hands on experience in designing and development of Google's BigQuery. o Ability to design tables and develop efficient complex queries using structure, arrays etc. o Skills to use python language in the Google ecosystem like cloud function, app engine, cloud storage etc., o In depth understanding of GCP cloud concepts like cloud storage, BigQuery, VPC, DataFlow etc. o Knowledge of database concepts, fundamental ETL concepts and reporting architecture. o Basic knowledge of networking and information security. o Willing to work in rotational shifts. o Passion for Information security, data analytics and cloud computing. o Strong verbal & written communication skills. o Proven customer service skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills. o Work in a challenging environment across teams, being vocal to resolve conflicts. o Ability to deliver reports within a short span of time. o Consistently exhibit high levels of teamwork Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Accenture MxDR Ops Security Engineering. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Bachelor's or a master's degree and prior experience in business intelligence tools and Cloud technologies.
