Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply your security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess security needs, implementing protective measures, and continuously monitoring systems for vulnerabilities. You will engage in proactive discussions about security strategies and contribute to the development of robust security protocols to safeguard the organization against cyber threats. Your role will also include staying updated on the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the highest level of protection for the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance the organization's security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Candidates should have hands-on experience with Prisma Access, Global Protect, or Palo Alto security policy management via Panorama. - Understanding of cloud-delivered security and troubleshooting user connectivity issues is essential. - Experience in working with enterprise-level deployments and incident response. - Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE) will be an added advantage - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto ICS/SCADA Security. - Strong understanding of network security principles and practices. - Experience with incident response and threat analysis. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
