Anthology\xe2\x80\x99s Security Quality Management Program leads the assessments to evaluate each product\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure to determine where organization stands in terms of security policies, best practices, and potential weak points. This team is a core part of Anthology, providing it substantial opportunities to influence the overall corporate mission.

As a Security Engineer, you will be a detail-oriented engineering professional with a desire to improve enterprise security through hands-on system engineering for corporate technology and internally developed cloud-based solutions.
Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the assessment and analysis of security considerations for AWS Infrastructure and network in accordance with security baselines, benchmarks, ISO, and organization standards
  • Reviewing, modifying as required, and publishing CIS or similar standards for usage within Anthology\xe2\x80\x99s environment
  • Leading the identification and driving mitigation of security risks through formal assessment activities
  • Leading the identification and application of remediation, fix procedures, and when necessary, mitigation techniques, including the development of monitoring and reporting capabilities for continued compliance
  • Leading compliance related discussions, including expert understanding of applicable compliance frameworks, architectures, and security control requirements

The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience and technical knowledge in security engineering, secure architecture development, system and network security, authentication, and application security
  • Good knowledge of Cloud Computing, ISO 27001, NIST and other industry leading compliance frameworks
  • Strong familiarity of AWS and general familiarity/experience in Microsoft Azure
  • Experience implementing controls against various frameworks or benchmarks such as NIST, CIS and ISO-27001
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies in application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and endpoint security

Preferred skills/qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure security
