Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall system architecture. You will engage in discussions to identify potential security risks and work towards developing solutions that enhance the security posture of the organization. Your role will also include documenting processes and providing guidance to team members to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures implemented. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. - Familiarity with security incident response processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
