Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather and analyze security requirements, developing security solutions, and ensuring that all components meet the necessary standards. You will also engage in testing activities to validate the effectiveness of the security measures implemented, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in security processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Okta Identity Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Minimum 15 years of full time education is required.
