Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into our service offerings. You will leverage our global delivery capabilities, utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources to enhance project outcomes. Engaging with stakeholders, you will ensure that projects align with organizational goals while maintaining a focus on security best practices. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management processes. - Ability to design and implement security solutions in cloud environments. - Familiarity with identity and access management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
