Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, and ensuring that all projects align with organizational standards and client expectations. You will engage with stakeholders to assess project requirements and provide guidance to your team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management processes. - Ability to design and implement security solutions in cloud environments. - Familiarity with identity and access management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
