Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while leveraging global delivery capabilities. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals and facilitate the successful delivery of security solutions, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud BDC. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience in implementing security frameworks and compliance standards. - Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
