Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, and leveraging global delivery capabilities to meet client needs. You will engage in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to drive project success and enhance service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud BDC. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience in implementing security frameworks and compliance standards. - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
