Summary: The Cyber Culture SME will serve as a key advisor and expert on cybersecurity awareness and organizational behavior influencing security practices. This role involves analyzing, developing, and promoting a culture of security across the organization, aligning policies, training, and communications to mitigate risks related to user behavior and insider threats. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective awareness programs, assess cultural gaps, and drive security-minded thinking throughout the enterprise. A deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, behavioral science, and change management is essential for shaping and sustaining a resilient cyber culture. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Information Security & Technology professional with 10+ years' experience 2. 5+ years of risk management and controls experience with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging business situations. 3. Experience with developing and implementing comprehensive security risk management strategies 4. Experience with guiding teams and fostering a culture of security within the organization 5. Proficiency in conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying potential cyber security weaknesses in projects 6. Experience in articulating security controls, policies and procedures in a language which the Business can understand 7. Extensive experience with navigating stakeholders and fostering strong stakeholder relationships at all levels 8. Experience with resolving conflicts among teams or stakeholders 9. Experience with Cyber Strategy development and implementation Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey security requirements and risks to stakeholders in clear and concise language, avoiding jargon 3. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to prioritize security and risk management 4. Strong interpersonal skills to convey complex security concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels 5. Skills in fostering teamwork across various departments 6. Capability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations 7.
