Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, utilizing global delivery capabilities, and optimizing methods and tools to enhance service delivery. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall project framework. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align project objectives with business goals. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Change Management, IT Infrastructure Operations, SAP Security Cloud Applications. - Strong understanding of system architecture and integration within SAP environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP systems. - Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards relevant to SAP applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
