Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will leverage global delivery capabilities, utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources to achieve project goals. Your role will also include engaging with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence in security service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud BDC. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration processes. - Experience in implementing security policies and compliance frameworks. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
