"Summary: As a Data Security Specialist, you will implement DLP and other data security solutions and define Policies. Roles & Responsibilities: o Conduct data discovery assessments to identify and classify sensitive data across various systems. o Develop and maintain data classification policies and procedures. o Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and loss. o Monitor DLP alerts and incidents, conducting investigations and coordinating responses as needed. o Define and fine-tune DLP policies and suggest client for custom policies o Identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats through proactive monitoring and risk assessment techniques. o Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address insider incidents and develop response strategies. o Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies related to data protection and insider risk. o Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. o Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on data security best practices Professional & Technical Skills: o Experience in Data security, with a focus on data protection, DLP, and insider risk management o Experience in tools like MS Purview, Proofpoint DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Symantec DLP, etc. o Familiarity with data discovery and classification tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Varonis) o Strong analytical and investigation skills o Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Additional Information: - 5 or more years' experience in managing data security solutions - This position is based at our Bangalore office - A 15-year full time education is required"
