"Summary: As a Data Security Analyst, you will manage DLP and other data security solutions and define DLP Policies. Roles & Responsibilities: o Maintain data discovery tools to identify sensitive data across structured and unstructured repositories (on-premises and cloud). o Work with data owners to classify and label sensitive data according to company policies (PII, PHI, PCI, IP, etc.). o Generate reports on data inventory and assist with remediation of improperly stored sensitive data. o Configure and maintain DLP policies across endpoints, email, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint DLP). o Investigate DLP alerts and incidents, analyze potential data exfiltration attempts, and coordinate with IT/security teams for response. o Fine-tune DLP rules to reduce false positives while maintaining effective coverage. o Monitor user activity for anomalous behavior that may indicate insider threats or policy violations. o Assist with investigations into potential insider risk incidents, documenting findings and working with HR/legal as needed. o Support user awareness and training initiatives to reduce insider risk. o Prepare dashboards and metrics for security leadership on data discovery, DLP incidents, and insider risk trends. o Assist with compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 27001) by maintaining evidence of data protection controls. Professional & Technical Skills: o Experience in Data security, with a focus on data protection, DLP, and insider risk management o Experience in tools like MS Purview, Proofpoint DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Symantec DLP, etc. o Familiarity with data discovery and classification tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Varonis) o Strong analytical and investigation skills o Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Additional Information: - 3 or more years' experience in managing data security solutions - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15-year full time education is required"
