Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, We are seeking a seasoned Senior IAM Engineer with 10+ years of experience managing complex identity environments across Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS, MFA/SSO, and PKI/key management in hybrid cloud settings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead troubleshooting and administration of AD replication, trusts, GPOs, and domain controllers. - Manage and optimize ADFS SSO, Entra Connect, Entra ID roles, Conditional Access, and MFA policies. - Oversee PKI infrastructure, including certificate lifecycle management and cloud key management (Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, GCP KMS). - Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, audit support, and continuous process improvements. - Mentor team members and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance IAM services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - 10+ years in IAM engineering with strong hands-on in AD, Entra ID, ADFS, MFA/SSO, and PKI. - Expertise in RBAC, Conditional Access, and identity governance. - Experience with cloud key management and certificate administration. - Skilled in incident management, audits, and documentation. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. - Certifications like Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator and Azure Security Engineer preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
