Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Identity Developer with a strong specialization in Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions related to identity management and user access workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom Power Platform solutions for identity management processes. Create secure and scalable Power Apps to manage user provisioning, approvals, and access requests. Implement automated workflows using Power Automate for identity lifecycle management. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure compliance and data protection. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Solid understanding of identity management concepts (user provisioning, access control, RBAC). Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Familiarity with Power Platform connectors and integration patterns. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate Experience with custom connectors and PowerShell scripting is a plus. Prior experience in IT security or IAM projects is an advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Developer Ecosystem. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security tools and technologies. - Strong understanding of security protocols and frameworks. - Experience in risk assessment and management. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Developer Ecosystem. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
