Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will advise clients on their business protection journey by shaping security strategy, designing solutions, and providing guidance to strengthen cyber resilience. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique security challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored security solutions, and providing expert insights to enhance their overall security posture. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure that your recommendations are aligned with the latest developments in the field of cybersecurity. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their security needs are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with security assessment methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex security data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with incident response processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
