Educational Qualification :

(PIM). o Perform application onboarding using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and WS-Fed protocols. o Perform the work in diversified and hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, AD FS or other IAM). o Implement identity governance policies, including RBAC, lifecycle management, and least-privilege access. o Integrate Entra ID with Microsoft 365 or required services. o Provide technical guidance to IAM team and support teams. o Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence (GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.). o Design, define and document architectures, migration runbooks, and operational procedures. Technical Experience: o Minimum 8+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), with 2+ years in Entra ID/Azure AD lead role o Prove expertise in Entra ID / Azure AD design, transformation, and migration projects. o Sound knowledge SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Federation, and Hybrid Identity. o Experience with identity authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed). o Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect, AD FS, and hybrid identity synchronization. o Ability to perform automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Graph API. o Strong leading and, management and communication skills.
