"Summary:As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their cybersecurity posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will work collaboratively with teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while fostering trust and transparency in all interactions. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to inform strategic decisions. : Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with security incident response and management. - Good to have Legacy protocols - NTLM v1, SMB v1, insecure/unsigned LDAP, legacy cyphers, RC4, DES, WINS - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies. Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required."
