As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As security analyst, you are responsible for handling day to day operations of Security Device Management & VA process and working with implementation partner to see project on track

What will you do

• Manage daily operation, administration, configuration & support of DC/Endpoint security solutions under management
• Ensure coverage and effectiveness of security operations and deployed solutions
• Identify & analyses pain areas in existing security operations & implement improvements
• Ensure optimum security, availability, performance, and capacity of security solutions under management
• Ensure & maintain up-to-date documentation - SOPs, Architecture etc. to remove dependency on people
• Ensure relevant processes are followed for change, incident & daily operations
• Ensure hardening, latest stable version and security patches of security devices and solutions
• Manage escalations and run the smooth operations of security solutions
• Vendor Management – manage periodic MIS & SLAs reviews, payments & penalties, renewal of support contracts and licenses in timely manner
• Publish the relevant MIS, dashboards, and status updates to all stake holders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Min 3-10 years relevant experience in IT Security Experience on any Products for Implementation & Operations in
• Sound knowledge & understanding of security operations, processes, and various security technologies like

• EX,NX and HX/Anti APT : Fireeye
• Office 365 (Email Security): Mircosoft
• OPSWAT
• ZPA : Zscaler
• Proxy : Symantec, Broadcom
• Zscaler Proxy

• Should have sound knowledge & understanding of IT infrastructure & networking technologies and operations.
• Hands-on experience will be preferred

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• One or more security certifications. (CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, etc).
• High level of systems security compliance and provide technical mentorship and support to L1-L2 engineers
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

This job requires you to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated prior to your start date and proof of vaccination status will be required before your start date.
