CTG is seeking to fill a Security Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Provide expert-level consulting and technical support in Cybersecurity with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Implement and manage IAM governance processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory and IGA solutions such as Saviynt.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for access auditing, group membership validation, and process automation.
Design and execute IAM automation workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
Support access certification, entitlement tracking, and user communication processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant access control solutions aligned with organizational policies and NERC compliance standards.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts and tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Saviynt.
PowerShell scripting expertise for automation and reporting.
Strong understanding of IAM governance, JML lifecycle, and entitlement management.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across business and IT teams.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on IAM/PAM solutions and automation.
Proven experience implementing or supporting enterprise IGA tools and IAM lifecycle management processes.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
