: Security & Compliance Associate (Entry-Level)

Role Summary

As a Security & Compliance Associate, you will help us by ensuring we meet compliance and

governance standards. You'll work with engineering, operations, and leadership to support secure

development practices and compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain security documentation, policies, and controls library. Support access reviews and IAM hygiene across internal and cloud systems. Assist in client/vendor security questionnaires and due diligence. Help track compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA). Perform basic code dependency scans (Snyk, Dependabot, etc.) and report risks. Ensure onboarding/offboarding checklists are securely followed. Maintain risk registers and incident logs for audits.
Requirements

0-2 years experience in IT, security, or risk/compliance. Basic understanding of data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and SaaS compliance needs. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to learn security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Comfort in coordinating with developers and business teams.
Growth Path

Progression to Compliance Lead (GRC) or Application Security Specialist.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
