Security CCTV Surveillance Specialist

to monitor, maintain, and manage CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, technical knowledge of surveillance systems, and the ability to respond promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activities or security breaches Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment Ensure proper functioning, positioning, and coverage of surveillance cameras Review recorded footage as required for investigations or audits Report incidents, anomalies, or security concerns to management promptly Maintain logs and daily surveillance reports Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when required Ensure compliance with company security policies and data privacy regulations Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance Assist in installing, upgrading, and configuring surveillance equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Security Management, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in CCTV monitoring or surveillance operations Knowledge of IP cameras, analog systems, DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems Familiarity with surveillance software and video analytics tools Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain alert during extended monitoring periods Good communication and reporting skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, security software)
Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion detection, facial recognition, or AI-based surveillance tools Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection standards Certification in CCTV installation or security systems (added advantage) Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
