Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to align security strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the cloud environment. Additionally, you will assess existing security protocols and recommend enhancements to strengthen the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of cloud security practices. - Conduct regular assessments of cloud security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and best practices. - Experience with risk assessment and management in cloud environments. - Ability to design and implement security controls tailored to cloud architectures. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
