Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply your IAM skills to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to implement security measures in IAM domain. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of systems to identify Identity issues and respond to potential threats, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding information and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Minimum 5 years of experiencing supporting Active Directory Services in Engineering and/or Operations. 2.Strong knowledge and support experience of Active Directory services on Windows 2012/2016/2019 including AD protocols LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc. 3. Good Understanding of authorization and authentication process. 4.Strong Scripting skills in PowerShell. 5.Exceptional knowledge of major Windows component technologies and competent in discussing these in detail with other Subject Matter Experts. 6. Knowledge of Antivirus, Monitoring, Backup/Restore tools used in windows environment. 7.Experience working within Incident, Change and Problem Management guidelines. 8. Microsoft certifications are desirable. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Strong understanding of security protocols and frameworks. - Experience with identity governance and administration tools. - Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards. - Familiarity with incident response and threat management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Pune, Bengaluru & Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
