Summary: The Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer will act as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert responsible for advanced customization, complex workflow development, and deep integrations within SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is strictly development-focused, requiring strong coding expertise and experience handling large-scale, complex IAM environments Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain complex SailPoint IIQ customizations across the platform -Develop advanced BeanShell/Java-based rules -Build and customize complex IIQ workflows with conditional logic, sub-workflows, approvals, retries, and error handling -Develop custom LCM processes beyond out-of-the-box capabilities -Extend OOTB connectors and manage non-standard integrations -Implement REST-based integrations using IIQ Web Services and APIs -Customize Identity Cubes, aggregation logic, entitlement correlation, and refresh strategies -Develop custom tasks, reports, dashboards, and email templates -Optimize IIQ performance through rule optimization, task tuning, and memory management -Perform code refactoring and remediation during IIQ upgrades -Handle large-volume provisioning and batch processing use cases -Conduct root-cause analysis and debugging of complex provisioning and workflow issues -Collaborate with architects and IAM teams on technical design (without ownership of architecture) -Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and IAM best practices Professional & Technical Skills: hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development Deep expertise in BeanShell, Java, XML, and IIQ internal APIs Advanced experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, Azure AD, Webservices and custom application integrations Strong experience with REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML parsing Knowledge of IIQ object model, task framework, and scheduler Hands-on experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Experience working in large enterprise, multi-forest / multi-domain environments Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
