Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and provide guidance on best practices, contributing to a secure and efficient cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: -Seasoned Cybersecurity professional with program management skills. -Technical expertise in Firewall, Proxy, Azure, AWS, WAF, EDR (MS Defender, CrowdStrike), Email Security. -Develop and maintain network and cloud security policies, standards, and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational requirements. -Conduct security assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for gaps identified in network and cloud architecture. -Monitor compliance with internal and external security standards. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure network and cloud architecture and operations. -Participate in audits and reviews of network and cloud security controls and configurations. -Track emerging threats and update governance frameworks accordingly. -Reporting and Communication to all stakeholders. -Excellent spoken and written communication, stakeholder management skills. -Experienced in managing the team members efficiently -Experience in network security or cybersecurity governance. -Good understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies for threat detection and response. - Ability to analyze security incidents and develop mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
