Summary: As A Project Manager your job will be to drive the project & take ownership of planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Leads cross-functional teams, manages risks, allocates resources, and communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Applies best practices in project management methodologies to achieve strategic goals and drive continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Delivering on cybersecurity projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes. 2. Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders. 3. Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases. 4. Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget. Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise. 5. Managing 3rd party vendors and managing multiple individuals and project aspects running concurrently. Experience of managing delivery via JIRA Experience of managing finances/ budget aligned to project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: o Project planning and scheduling with Budget estimation and cost control o Resource allocation and capacity planning o Risk management and mitigation strategies o Stakeholder communication and management o Quality assurance and performance tracking o Change control and issue management o Client relationship management o Requirement gathering and documentation o Problem-solving and decision-making o Change management and impact analysis o Collaboration with cross-functional teams o Report writing and presentation skills Technical Skills: o Project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) o Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies o Earned Value Management (EVM) o Gantt charts, PERT charts, and roadmap creation o Reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) o MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) o Scheduling tools and milestone tracking o Software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge o Risk registers and mitigation planning tools o Time tracking and productivity tools"" Additional Information: 10 or more years' experience working in project or program management This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15-year full time education is required"
