Summary: As an IdentityNow Architect, you will define and deliver scalable IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint IdentityNow. This includes leading design, implementation, integrations, governance, and strategic alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead design, configuration, and deployment of IdentityNow solutions for lifecycle management, provisioning, certs, and federated access. -Architect integrations with HR, directory, cloud, and on-prem systems. -Build and optimize workflows, connectors, rules, roles, and access policies. -Enforce compliance, security best practices, and least-privilege principles. -Mentor /engineers, and conduct client workshops and stakeholder sessions. -Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, documentation, and roadmapping. Professional & Technical Skills: -Exp in IAM with 3-5+ years direct SailPoint IDN experience. -Proficient in rule/workflow configuration, connectors, provisioning, APIs, RBAC, and governance. -Able to work with Java/BeanShell, REST APIs, scripting, and integration tech. -Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, ITSM/collaboration tools (like ServiceNow). -Knowledge of IAM governance, compliance frameworks, and security principles. -Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
