Summary: The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration and delivery of RSA Archer solutions and 3rd party integrations. Resource will be responsible for the development, administration and support of the RSA Archer Platform - including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc and working with Business Analysts/Business/technical partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions. Key success factors include building reusable solution components, working with other onshore and offshore consultants to collect configuration and integration specifications, and delivering high-quality implementations for customers. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for installation, configuration, customization of RSA-Archer GRC Platform. oCreate High & low level technical design documents and architecture for RSA-Archer deployment. oCreate ODAs (on-demand applications) and utilities on Archer platform oUpgrade RSA-Archer from previous version to latest version oResponsible for handling the production support activities of RSA-Archer oIntegration of RSA-Archer with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms oResponsible for creating data upload/ mail merge templates for automated data feeds oPerformance management of RSA-Archer platform oParticipate in work flow analysis and work flow redesign oParticipates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the RSA Archer platform to meet client business needs oProduce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match client's requirements/expectations oResponsible for day-to-day Archer POC, Demo, Client Archer design, development, testing, deployment and problem solving oAbility to convert the Business Requirement in Archer Solution. oSupply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform. Professional & Technical Skills: oBachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area o4-6 years of relevant experience in Archer GRC implementation oArcher administration certification 5.x/6.x oKnowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus oExperience in other GRC tools like ServiceNow, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus oPrior experience in Audit, risk management, governance, IT security and / or compliance functions a plus oExcellent analytical skills and understanding of security processes oVery good communication and customer management skills oExcellent command of English (verbal/written) oAbility to work with a global team oWell-organized team worker with strong problem solving and leadership skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4- 6 years of experience in RSA Archer Platform Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
