Summary: We are seeking a GRC Analyst with experience to assist in key Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Risk Assessments, and Security Awareness Programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow in the risk and compliance space while gaining exposure to leading tools like Cofense and Proofpoint. Roles & Responsibilities: -Support third-party risk assessments by collecting vendor data and tracking assessment progress. -Assist in documenting system risk assessments and coordinating remediation updates. -Help maintain risk registers and control tracking documentation. -Coordinate phishing simulation campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. -Monitor and report on campaign results using tools like Cofense or Proofpoint (training provided). -Maintain awareness materials and assist with employee communication and reporting. -Participate in process reviews and help update risk documentation as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: -Eperience in GRC, risk, compliance, or IT security support roles. -Basic understanding of information security and risk concepts (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). -Exposure to phishing awareness platforms (Cofense, Proofpoint) is a plus but not required. -Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. -Willingness to learn, collaborate across teams, and grow in the GRC domain. -Tools-Security Awareness (Cofense, Proofpoint), Brinks GRC tools (if available) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
