Summary: We are seeking a GRC/Infrastructure Vulnerability Management (IVM) Analyst with 4+ years of experience in vulnerability management, remediation coordination, and reporting. The candidate will support internal scan operations, help validate and track vulnerabilities, and assist in reporting and service review activities using tools like CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight and Avia Automation. Roles & Responsibilities: -Schedule and monitor internal vulnerability scans as defined in the Runbook. -Validate scan completion, review findings, and work with teams to remove false positives. -Assist in maintaining and updating the Runbook on a quarterly basis. -Provide remediation recommendations for high and critical vulnerabilities based on scan results. -Track and follow up on vulnerability remediation activities using CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight and Avia Automation. -Generate and distribute scheduled reports to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. -Maintain a current list of report recipients and coordinate with internal teams for updates. -Monitor and report the status of open high and critical vulnerabilities. -Participate in service review meetings, contribute to status updates, and support improvement efforts. -CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight, Avia Automation Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in IT Security, Vulnerability Management, or related roles. -Familiarity with CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight and/or Avia Automation, or similar vulnerability tracking tools. -Basic understanding of infrastructure scanning processes, remediation workflows, and common vulnerability types. -Comfortable working with vulnerability data, interpreting findings, and coordinating with technical teams. -Ability to create and maintain process documentation such as scan schedules, runbooks, and reports. -Good communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. -Exposure to security standards or frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
