Summary: We are looking for a Network Security Engineer with experience to manage firewall, WAF, CASB, and CSPM security operations. You will handle firewall rule reviews, WAF policy administration, cloud security enforcement, and incident support using tools such as Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Zscaler, F5 WAF, CrowdStrike CSPM, and ServiceNow. Roles & Responsibilities: -Review and implement firewall rule requests, including emergency changes and policy updates. -Manage firewall patching, backups, and version upgrades. -Monitor and troubleshoot Zscaler ZIA/ZPA components and connectivity issues. -Implement and maintain WAF rules, remove temporary rules, and generate reports. -Support CASB use case deployment and manage cloud security posture with CSPM tools. -Investigate security alerts, recommend remediation, and manage false positives. -Maintain documentation, runbooks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. T-ools-Network Security - ZIA/ZPA (Zscaler Internet Access / Zscaler Private Access) Client ITSM - ServiceNow Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in network security with exposure to firewall, WAF, CASB, and CSPM technologies. -Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Zscaler, F5 WAF, CrowdStrike CSPM, and ServiceNow. -Strong incident management and policy enforcement skills. -Good communication and collaboration abilities. -Security certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNP Security, PCNSA, Zscaler). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
