Summary: We are looking for a Vulnerability Management Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support core activities in Infrastructure Vulnerability Management (IVM). This role involves assisting with scan scheduling, remediation tracking, and reporting using tools like CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight and Avia Automation. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their GRC or security career to grow their understanding of vulnerability management processes. Roles & Responsibilities: -Assist in scheduling and tracking internal vulnerability scans as per the Runbook. -Confirm scan completion and help compile results for review. -Coordinate with teams to help identify and track false positives. -Support the quarterly update and maintenance of the Runbook and scan documentation. -Work with senior team members to follow up on remediation actions for high and critical vulnerabilities. -Generate and distribute regular vulnerability status reports to stakeholders. -Help maintain the stakeholder distribution list for reports. -Use tools like CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight and Avia Automation to support tracking and reporting tasks (training will be provided). -Participate in service review meetings and assist with reporting inputs. -CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight, Avia Automation Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in IT, GRC, or cybersecurity support roles. -Basic understanding of vulnerability management concepts and security hygiene. -Exposure to tools like CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight, Avia Automation, or similar platforms is a plus. -Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills. -Willingness to learn technical tools and grow in the vulnerability management space. -Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure (servers, endpoints, patching) is helpful. -Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
