Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner (IAM Operations lead), you will be leading IAM operations using Sailpoint IIQ Tool and OIM Tool to ensure timely Incident resolution and SLA management. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into the organization's systems. Your role will also include providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise in security practices, ensuring that the organization maintains a robust security posture throughout its operations. Roles and Responsibilities: o IAM L2 operations management for Incident resolution and SLA management o Notify Critical & High incidents that impact client services and determine the course of action to restore services o Ensure all Critical & High incidents are resolved within SLA and timely communicated along with required documentation o Drive incident management processes and provide weekly reporting to management o Address end-users' complaints and problem resolution o Facilitate incident or problem root cause investigations o Coordinate/liaise with other teams - infrastructure, IS Helpdesk, etc. o Review, revise, and refine IAM operations procedures, and other documented processes regularly. o Create / Update Procedures in line with new developments o Coordination and communication in release management o Delivering required information when audits are performed. o Monitor systems and ensure timely reporting Professional & Technical Skills: o Experience in leading IAM operations o Hands-on experience in using Sailpoint IIQ Tool o Hands-on experience or working knowledge in OIM Tool o Knowledge of principles and practices of information security, including control and risk management concepts. o Proficient with MS Office Suite o IT background to help facilitate technical discussions with technical resources o Understanding of ITIL concepts and processes o Builds and leverage relationships to be advocates and change agents o IT Metric and Measure definition experience o Hands-on experience with task management tools such as ServiceNow, ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certified or knowledge of ITIL a plus Additional Information: o This position is based at Bengaluru or Pune office o A 16-year full time education is required
