Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply your security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of security systems and respond to incidents to safeguard the organization against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established policies. - Develop and implement security training programs for team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies. - Knowledge of incident response and management processes. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to information security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
