Summary: Should be able to manage the delivery for the large client with multiple skills and different verticals. Should be able to lead large number of teams. As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and provide guidance on best practices, contributing to a secure and efficient cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of cloud security practices. - Continuously assess and improve the cloud security framework to adapt to evolving threats and business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with risk assessment and management in cloud environments. - Ability to design and implement security controls tailored to cloud architectures. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Delivery Excellence. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
