Summary: As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of IAM projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the IAM security delivery team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience in the Identity management tools like OIM, SailPoint IIQ, Ping Suite etc. -At least 8-10 years experience in IAM tools, has exposure to managing operations and delivery for IGA and SSO Solutions . -Should have handsexperience in handling IAM tickets and advanced troubleshooting of the IAM issues. -Should have understanding of provisoining, deprovisioning, SSO, connectors, workflows etc in identity management. -Have basic understanding of unix commands, should have used putty,winscp as well. Should have some exposure in debugging any issue for provisioining/deprovisioning as well. -Leads the implementation and delivery of Identity and Access Management operations, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets Professional & Technical Skills: SSO and IGA Tools knowledde like SailPoint, Ping Suite, 2. Basic knowledge of any of the application servers like BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, tomcat etc Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
