Our Professional Services team assists global organizations in integrating their websites onto the platform seamlessly. Supporting security and enterprise products, the team collaborates to deliver tailored solutions for each customer. They provide consultative services to design optimal strategies that address individual requirements effectively.
Partner with our enterprise customers
Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions to address diverse security concerns for customers. Engage throughout the product lifecycle, resolving challenges and implementing effective solutions. Develop and deploy strategies to mitigate real-time security threats on the platform.
As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to define scope, establish timelines, develop solutions, and ensure project implementation.
• Managing integration technicalities and support by configuring, debugging, documenting, testing, launching, and mitigating potential risks.
• Analyzing customer traffic and tailoring Akamai security solutions to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities effectively.

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate two of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field or equivalent.
• Understand internet functionality, including networks, protocols, IP systems, DNS, routing, HTTP, and TCP communication protocols.
• Demonstrate sound expertise in application security, including event management, real-time traffic analysis, or compliance practices.
• Have an understanding of the full development life cycle
• Exhibit proactive behavior, work efficiently with urgency, and maintain a continuous drive to learn and resolve issues.
• Exhibit effective communication abilities and cultivate meaningful connections with customers.
