Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess security needs, designing robust security frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security measures and address emerging threats, all while maintaining a focus on aligning security strategies with organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular assessments of security architecture to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. - Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar. - Familiarity with incident response and threat intelligence processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
