Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entra ID B2C Engineer to support the implementation and day-to-day administration of consumer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID B2C. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring user flows, integrating applications, and supporting B2C features such as SSO, social logins, and multi-factor authentication. This role offers opportunities to work on user journey customization, federation setup, and application onboarding under the guidance of senior architects. Roles & Responsibilities o Support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Entra ID B2C tenant features, including user flows and application registrations. o Integrate external applications (web/mobile) with Entra ID B2C using OpenID Connect, OAuth2, or SAML protocols. o Assist in configuring social identity providers (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) and support federation with enterprise IDPs. o Customize and manage B2C sign-in/sign-up pages with branding, localization, and domain settings. o Configure MFA, terms of use, password reset policies, and email verifications. o Collaborate with development and UX teams to test and validate identity integrations. o Support user journey enhancements using custom UI hosting and basic custom policy configuration. o Troubleshoot authentication and token issues using tools like Fiddler, Postman, and Application Insights. o Maintain documentation for application onboarding, user flows, and tenant settings. o Assist in maintaining Azure AD B2C monitoring, audit logs, and support tickets. Professional & Technical Skills o Eager to learn and grow in the CIAM domain. o Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. o Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail. o Ability to follow project documentation, configurations, and change management processes. o 2-5 years of experience in: o Microsoft Entra ID B2C: Basic configuration, user flows, branding o Integrating applications with OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML o Working with social logins and external IDPs o Familiarity with: o JWT tokens, claims, scopes o Application registrations in Azure portal o PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API (basic usage) o Custom domain setup, UI hosting on Azure Storage o Basic experience using: o Fiddler, Postman, Developer Tools for debugging o Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Audit Logs o Preferred certifications: o SC-900 (Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals) o SC-300 (Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator Associate) Additional Information: o Minimum 2 or more years' experience in Entra B2C experience in implementation and support. o This position is based on Pan India location o A 15-year full time education is required
