Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IDN. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including US-based clients, to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: -Solution Design & Implementation: -Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IDN solutions aligned with business and security requirements. -Configure and manage IDN modules such as Access Request, Access Review, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Compliance. Integration & Development: -Develop and maintain custom connectors (e.g., Web Services connectors) for integration with enterprise systems like Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Azure, and AWS. -Implement API-based integrations and manage transformation and connector rules to ensure data integrity and automation. -System Management: -Perform end-to-end system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. -Conduct access certification campaigns and generate compliance reports. -Collaboration & Documentation: -Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. -Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures. -Support & Maintenance: Professional & Technical Skills: -Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SailPoint IDN implementations. -Stay updated with SailPoint product releases and industry best practices. -Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow development and implementation. -Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, provisioning, and compliance. -Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and scripting for automation. -Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise directories (AD, LDAP). -Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. -Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing roles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
