Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, designing robust security frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also engage in discussions to address security challenges and provide strategic guidance to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Implementation. - Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. - Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar. - Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
