Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitating the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to align security strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the cloud environment. Additionally, you will assess the effectiveness of existing security protocols and recommend enhancements to improve overall security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices. - Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend their adoption to improve security measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks for cloud environments. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
